People Partner, East Mediterranean Area

The People Partner role offers significant variety and the opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business across the East Mediterranean portfolio.
You will operate in a dynamic environment, leveraging your broad HR expertise to coach and support leaders through ongoing business transformation. Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, you will provide guidance on people-related matters, policies, and organizational challenges while helping drive impactful business outcomes.
* EME: Bulgaria, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Lebanon, Romania, Ukraine, Türkiye.
This role requires 5 days office presence and is based in İstanbul office.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with People Business Partners to execute the people strategy and support business objectives.
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and act as their primary advisor on people-related matters, organizational challenges, and HR policies.
- Drive the local delivery of key people processes, including performance management, compensation, succession planning, and talent development.
- Collaborate with People Advisory, Centers of Excellence, Global Mobility, and other HR teams to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Use people data and insights to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate talent development and internal mobility opportunities to support workforce and succession needs.
- Partner with EEO and other specialist teams to manage complex employee cases and foster an inclusive workplace.
- Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and people initiatives for leaders and employees.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and other on-site employee lifecycle activities as required.
